I am pretty new to Epicor and I am having some problems setting up a desired buyer approval setup. Originally it was setup that one person has an approval limit above a certain amount. We would like to change it to notify two people that there is a pending approval above that amount so either one of them could approve it
Since there is only room for one email address for a Buyer I replaced that approver with a generic 'Officer Level Approval' name and created a distribution list with the two approvers on it and used that as the email address. I then gave both of them 'Authorized User' access to this account.
Unfortunately the distribution list does not get the email. The requestor gets their CC'd copy. That email does show the correctemail address of the DL. I can send and receive emails through exchange to this account with no problems.
Any gotchyas when trying to use DLs with Vantage (We are on 8.03.408B)? Is there another, easier way to do what I am trying to do?
