NT ODBC install

There's a work around for that. ODBC needs to set some environment
variables. If you go into Control Panel -> System and find that section,
you'll see the variables set in the current user's section. If you take
them out of there, and put them in the global section, then the ODBC
install will work for anyone on the PC.

This sounds like the problem we had.
We needed to install (purchase about $100/) ODBC on each client that ran the
changed reports.
We also discovered that ODBC kept track of who was logged in (through NT) at
the time of installation.

Our administrator would log-in, install ODBC, start Vantage and the reports
would run yet when the owner of the station logged-in the error would
appear. Turns out you must be logged in as the station owner, install ODBC
and it will work.
