I apologize if this question has been answered elsewhere in the forum. I’ve been digging around for a while but couldn’t find anything.
I’m trying to have an object visibility change based on criteria on the Customer Maintenance form. Specifically, if the customer has a specific Attribute or Attributes selected (on the Attributes tab), in this case an Attribute we create called “Do not Sell to this Customer”, then a big red object will be visible on the main Customer tab. The big red object will be a label or a button or something that says “DO NOT SELL TO”.
The goal here is to have a big, obvious indicator on the main Customer tab that lets everyone know not to sell to this customer. Unfortunately, simply having it as an Attribute has proved to be not obvious, in-your-face enough, and we want to make sure certain customers are not sold to. We can’t delete the customers for record keeping reasons.
