hi all,
i've got a quick question wondering if it's possible to setup the vantage 4.0 training database to be accessed through crystal reports using the merrant odbc driver that we use for the live database? do i need to change the values that were input in the c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\services file or can i just add new ones and change all corresponding values in steps thereafter so i can have them both running at the same time? is it even possible to have 2 odbc brokers running without them interfering with each other? i hope somebody out there understands what i'm trying to do...if ya do i'd appreciate any input!! thanks!!

I haven't done this, but I would guess it can be done by just adding another
data source for progress in your ODBC Data Source Administrator. Have this
one reference the path and name of the test database instead of the live
database.
