ODBC Processing On Computer Other Than Vantage Server

Seems to me (without knowing much about Progress in-depth) like you might get some collisions on records if the Vantage server is trying to read the same record as the "Progress" server.

Subject: [Vantage] ODBC Processing On Computer Other Than Vantage Server

Hey group,

We run some pretty serious reports here and, as a result, often peg out the
processor of our Vantage server. Would it be possible to install a Progress
server on another machine, set the database path to a mapped drive pointing
to our existing Vantage installation, and fire up the database in SQL-only
mode while it runs in 4GL-only mode on the Vantage server?
