# Off subject - Printing from Citrix

<div id="ygrps-yiv-515465486">I am going around in circles.  I have a printer in the Mexico office HPG95.<br/>
I can print to it and the people in the Mexico office can print to it.  When<br/>
in a Citrix session, I can print to the printer (administrator) and the<br/>
users can&#39;t.<br/>
How do you create a printer so users can print from an application Outlook<br/>
& Vantage from a ICA session.  The same users can print to this printer from<br/>
outside the ICA session.  So I am thinking its a setup of the printer in the<br/>
Citrix &/or a security issue.  I have just about memorized all the help<br/>
documents at<br/>
