[Off-Topic-Citrix] Cancel a print job

Britt,
Thanks very much, worked like a charm. I guess I had better get to those
classes I keep putting off.

Stop the spooler (net stop spooler), then delete the files in
\systemroot\system32\spool\printers, then start the spooler (net start
spooler)

Well, I have looked everywhere, but I can't find anything that tells how to
delete/cancel a print job that seems to be stuck. I have a user that has a
print job in their "Auto Created printer for ....". The job says it is
canceling, but it doesn't. I have tried all the normal stuff, pausing the
job, canceling, turning the printer off...... Any ideas? We are using ICA
client for Citrix Metaframe on a Windows 2000 server.
Thanks
