www.techrepublic.com has a downloadable document relating to acceptable use
policies, "A framework for e-mail and Internet usage policies for your
enterprise"
Its examples are a bit wordy for inclusion in an Employee Handbook, but the
content covers all the bases.

Subject: [Vantage] (Off Topic)Internet Access

Hi Everyone,

We are in the process of installing an ISDN line to our server to allow
internet access and have external e-mail capabilities. I feel that I need
to
establish a policy relating to these items for our employees. Just
wondering
if any of you have such a policy that I could use for a reference and if you
wouldn't mind sending to me.

Thanks in Advance
