following:<br/>
<br/>
They quote an order.  A year later the customer calls to place the order.<br/>
How do we have a &#39;standard&#39; way to mark up these quotes.  The controller<br/>
asked me to ask what others are doing and if anyone is using a<br/>
&#39;Manufacturers Tag Index&#39; for marking up?  I don&#39;t even know what that is.<br/>

If anyone has any feedback, I would appreciate it...<br/>
