Off-Topic: Win2000 or Win 98 as preferred desktop OS?

Well i installed W2000 on all 25 workstations except 2 i couldn't because
they were old. In my opinoin no doubt upgrade to w2000k if your machine hast
at least minimum 64mb memory 128 or more preffered.

I have the option to begin phasing in new workstations, and as I order them
the OS is my choice. What about 2000 with general compatability issues with
Vantage, Crystal, etc. Just looking for opinions from the trailblazers in
the group.

Thanks

Jim, I've heard of no issues... My current planning is to move every
corporate desktop to W2000. I used to think the MS company line that "W9x is
a consumer OS" was just a line, but over time experience is telling me
otherwise. And for sure, stay away from Windows Me (what a lame moniker!)
