I am asked to feel out our company's Workers' Compensation Experience
Modification Rate (EMR)? What is that and how do I figure out the rate?

The experience mod rate is calculated by NCCI and is calculated with a
number of variables. I receive the calculation directly from NCCI each
year. At a minimum you W/C carrier must have it and they can give you a
copy.
