<div id="ygrps-yiv-436405848">Thanks for all of the replys to my little survey. This is neither me <br/>
looking for a raise nor me looking for talent. I just received a raise and <br/>
talent in this area is almost non existant. It is more of an exercise to <br/>
let my employer know what they are in store for when I am no longer here. <br/>
As soon as I have compiled the results of the survey, I will post them. <br/>
