When I log into the Office MES everything is greyed out. I cannot do anything. Called Help desk and they was saying I need to make my employee ID and User ID the same in order for it to work. When I reminded her that this was working for years up until yesterday she was not very helpful after that. Either way, anyone had this issue before and knows how to fix? All permission are correct and everything was fine up until yesterday.
What changed on Saturday?
Are other employees working? or is it only you?
Can you share a screen of the emplpoyee maintenance ?

Do you have multiple app servers? Try using a different one, and see if the issue follows. Try a different user as well.

Sorry @aidacra I am having internet issue at my location so just answered quickly and didn’t give more info. Actually, If I can delete this post, that would be great. As the issue was user error. I am a little embarrassed that I didn’t catch it sooner, and wondering why help didn’t catch it, but instead my engineering manager caught it. Eitherway, all is good and I am taking my humble pill now.
Nothing to be embarrassed about, but, you must pay the internet forum price by providing what changed so that future forum users can benefit from your tragic mistake.
What caused it?
User error. You must go to Actions–>Then Start Production. Nothing changed, just ignorance level has gone down.
