I have upgraded our Kinetic Test environment a month ago. Now I want to upgrade our Kinetic Pilot environment. When I go into Epicor admin console, right click on KineticPilot and select Upgrade Epicor database I get an error.
I already ran the RL and UD files on the server when I upgraded Kinetic Test. I shouldn’t have to rerun those again. Any Ideas?
You usually can contact Epicor Support with these types of upgrade questions and they are pretty good about giving a direct answer for these.

I find it’s a hit and miss with some of the questions I ask.
With upgrade questions if you dial the right combo to get to the right team, they are good about it. Tell them what guide you are using, what page you are on, what direction you’re following and they typically get it sorted out.
