One Click Checkbox to disable popups - anyone else having this issue?

2024.1.5 - not able to disable the pop up for new record for AR Group.
Based on EpicCare response - I may need to put in an idea for “one-click” check-box

Description

Open AR Invoice

Enter in new value for Group

Prompt pops up

Able to click yes or no, just don’t want to be prompted.

EpicCare’s response which they marked as a solution.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, we have tested in our demo environment 2024.1.6 and we were able to mark the checkbox, it was a little complicated as you will need to click multiple times repeatedly until the checkbox is marked. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Please try this and let us know if it worked for you.

(I have escalated the case)

On some more research -
I have been able to duplicate this issue in another customer that is also on the Government Cloud
Tested this in Public Cloud - I was able to check the box.

I should note that Government is on 2024.1 while Public is on 2023.2
