... only allowed one session

There should be a link on the right-hand side to Reset. Make sure the user
is selected and click Reset.

Does anybody know where to reset the sessions in Epicor 9.05

We had a power failure and some users were set to allow one session only.

After restoring the power a few users get "User ??? is only allowed one
session." I checked sessions in "Epicor Administration Console" and a
license under the user shows available.

Any idea?

Thank You

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
You were in the right spot. I believe all you have to do is right click and
delete the session. That should free up their license.
