You can always look for the date on a packslip. I think once you pull
the packslip and mark it shipped is the date it closes the line.

A BAM is a good idea moving forward. The best method I could find so far is
using the ship date but occasionally, the whole order line is not shipped
and the order doesn't actually close until a later date.
