No BPM’s in place for order holding…anyone seen this in 10.1.500? Coming from 10.0.700 migration (never seen before now), i don’t like this, how do i make it go away?
Rob that is not something on 10.1.500 I have ever seen. You sure you
checked everything, method and data directives, outdated? That does not
look like a standard Epicor message

Rob,
You use credit cards through epicor? If not, Uncheck credit card order on order header. Make sure customer is not set for credit card orders.

Ditto that - did someone run a credit card against this order that failed authorization or something? This makes the Hold (no credit hold, but regular order hold) activate on the Header tab.
thanks for the replies…i have to eat some crow, an old bpm that i did not know existed did get enabled somehow. I killed it.
