Order not found or not ERS order. Cannot mark packing slip as "shipped" in customer shipment entry

We had an order that was accidentally setup as “auto-invoice”. When we tried to mark the packing slip as “shipped” in customer shipment entry, it gave us an error that the “ERS order was invalid”, so we went back to the original order and turned off the “auto-invoice” checkbox (we’ve never use it, must have accidentally been setup that way originally) and then went back to customer shipment entry and tried to mark it shipped again, but now it throws an error saying “order not found or not ERS order”. What can we do to fix this and get it to where we can mark this packing slip “shipped”. Any ideas?

We kind of figured it out. We had to go in and delete the line on the packing slip after we cleared the “auto invoice” checkbox on the order and after we re-created the line on the packing slip, it let us mark the line as shipped.
