Order number Blank Title 88859

Not necessarily an answer to your question but we stopped using the AR report awhile ago. The report was really long and it was not great to look at on screen. In its place, I developed a BAQ and a dashboard with the information that I needed. That also allowed me to right click into various trackers to get more information.

My dashboard is split in three

Top sheet is an aging based on due date

Middle sheet is a filtered BAQ of all invoices due from the customer based upon the customer selected on the top sheet.

Bottom sheet is a filtered BAQ of all memos for the customer. That way my AR person can add notes to the customer and everyone can see that we have followed up with the customer. We have a policy that the order number is the memo description and we tagged the memo as a collection memo so only collection calls show up on the dashboard.

The BAQ has been so much better for me to review our delinquent customers.

I need to see the order number on the A/R Aging. The data definition has mostly calculated fields. Just wondering what's the quickest way to add the Order number field from the Invoice head. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You could probably add a foreign key view using the data tools and then
you'd have access to all of the fields in the ordered/dtl/rel (depending on
which table you just added)

Wouldn't you be able to copy that ARAging report definition then add the
order tables you need to the newly copied definition? Then when adding the
report to Vantage, add the new report style and make sure that you choose
the new definition. I don't know why that wouldn't work.
