Look in the company config file under production. I don't know what the minimum characters is these days. Over the last few years of releases this number has fluctuated. Our really old jobs don't have a 0, then when we went to 8.03 it forced a 0 in front. When we upgraded to 9.05.600b the number went back to no 0.
