Hello fellowes… I wonder if you have had deal with this before. We are running 2022.2.13 and have noticed that the fields ChangeDate and ChangedBy in orderDtl are being updated on all the SO lines when there is a change in the header or any order line.
My expectation is to see in those fields the changes to each one of the lines independent… should you have any suggestion?

It depends on what you are changing…generally you will get a message box that asks if you want to change the related detail fields, ie if say the need by on the header has changed. It will only update the change by and change date if the value is different between the header and detail though.
Thank you Paul… I was aware of that… I was talking about the table field that indicates the date the record was changed…
in this case I will need to answer my self and hopefully it will help someone overhere…
there is a field named LastUpdate that shows the last time the line was updated. obviously if there are changes made to the header, for example dates, all the lines will be updated and the LastUpdate field will show the same date everywhere…

Have you got any customisations because I dont see that behavior (our pilot is 2023.2.4). Try running a change as base only??
So to be clear the two fields you are talking about in OrderDtl for us are only updated when something actually changes. For example if FOB is changed on the header the detail lines are not updated.
