We have not been able to locate the OrderHed_Plant field on the Sales Order Entry form. Should be labeled as Site. I have looked on Classic and Kinetic forms. Anybody have any idea where to locate it?

There is actually a plant field on order hed though. If you personalize the landing page you can see it. However i believe its just the current site context whenever the order is created and sometimes its blank for some reason.

As @josecgomez points out, the order HEADER is plant agnostic. Each release can ship from a different Site (formerly called Plant), so that value is stored on the Release level (OrderRel table).
When a release is created, it assumes you will ship it from the current site, so that value defaults into the OrderRel.Plant field… but it can be changed to any OTHER site that the part belongs to.
What specific business problem are you looking to solve here?
Well, unfortunately that is simply not true. I wish it worked that way. The logic is much more convoluted than that and depends on source type, non-stock settings etc in the various part plant records in your system, and whether or not there even is a part plant record for that part for each plant.
