OT: Auditing permissions and groups

I've used the free utilities from Sysinternals
(http://www.sysinternals.com/) before to get this type of information.

Their ShareEnum utility looks to do what you are after:

I am moving all my user shares to a new server (NT 4 - W2K3)
Is there any software out there that will allow me what groups and users
have permissions to the shares on my server?
