There is a small program called TWEAK UI available at www.softseek.com
search on TWEAK UI. Using NT security you can make drives appear and
dissappear, and a huge number of other things. Its free from Microsoft
(gasp! FREE, gasp Microsoft) Its a power tool that they don't support.
But
it does work pretty well.

I have two users that share an NT PC. I do not want one of them to be
able to use the CD-ROM drive (play music). Yet I need the other user
to
have access to the CD-ROM drive. I have not played too much with
Policy
Editor. Does Policy Editor have an option to block off the CD-ROM?
Any
other ideas? I have never come across this before.

Thanks!

Juliet
