OT Crystal Report Formatting

Or for color specification:

IF Remainder (RecordNumber, 2) = 0 THEN Color (238, 238, 224)
ELSE crNoColor

An easier approach is to drop the following in the background color
format area of the section expert for the details section.

IF Remainder (RecordNumber, 2) = 0 THEN crGreen ELSE crNoColor

This is great too. It works on some of my reports but the coloring is a
little erratic on others. I will have to look into it.

I can't get over how helpful this group is. I have worked with two
other ERP systems and the user groups were not nearly as helpful.

Try Conditional Formatting:

press the conditional format button and insert the following code
if Remainder (RecordNumber,2) <> 0 then
crGray
else
crWhite
Much much better...
