OT Crystal Reports [bayes]

Wouldn't you want to go by the Ship.dtl and look at the ship dates of
the line items?

I'm writing an efficiency report in Crystal and have a couple of issues
I could use some direction on.

(1) I am selecting the jobs by their ship date (ShipHead.ShipDate), if
there are multiple ship dates per job how can I select the latest ship
date?

(2) If the job is shipped complete 3 or more days ago but the job is not
closed I want to insert a warning flag. Is there a way to calculate the
difference between ShipHead.ShipDate and the current date?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Abe Klassen
