All I want to do is sent the link... not the whole page. I can copy and
paste the link into the message... but why doesn't the actual feature to
send a link work? I'm sending from MICROSOFT IE using MICROSOFT Outlook.
You would think there would be a simple way to do this (rather than
cut/paste the link). Isn't there a security setting somewhere to turn off
the web page blocking?

Use the actual text link, do not include it as a file. This works best.
There is also a utility out there to disable the blocking of unsafe
attachments. However, the downfall is it only "SUPPOSEDLY" works with
Outlook 2002 (XP).
But personally, I just always send the actual text link and not the URL
file.
That seems to always work for me.

When you have the web page open, try using the Send To feature in the
file
menu. Choose 'Link by Email'.
It will still prompt you if you want to send. Just say yes. The link
should go through.
