I had that too. I think the log file was full.

I'm not sure if anybody has had this problem but for some reason or another
the Event Viewer on or Vantage server does not have any entries in it. It

Which area is it looking at, check the drop down lists, security, apps? I
think one of the areas usually doesn't have much logged.

Hi Jasper,



I have run into this. I found that the setting for the log file size was
the problem.

I will assume w2k.

Open the event viewer administrative tools/event viewer.

Click on the properties icon.

Check the log size, check what to do when max log size is reached.

You can clear the log from here.
