OT Export to Lotus 123(wk1)

Ed,
This will sometimes happen in Excel as well. I have found that if I plan to export a report to Excel regularly, I pack the fields closely together, keeping the titles as narrow and lined up as possible. Any blank spaces in the report, or missalignment of columns can cause the spreadsheet columns to be spread out unnecessarily.

I often export a Crystal Report to a Lotus 123 file format. When I open the
file up in Lotus the column title is sometimes in one column and the data in
the next column. It's not a big deal, I usually cut and paste the title to
the column with the data. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix
it
