RE: OT-Has your company started a Lean or 6-Sigma Program complete with
training?
Our newer Managers have all been trained in Lean and 6-Sigma.
I knew nothing about it, so searched for some training. I ended up
at http://www.gembaacademy.com/
<blocked::blocked::http://www.gembaacademy.com/> . Their videos just
seemed at the right level. There are many videos you can view for free.
$699 gets 6 month on-demand access to 292 sessions; but they do not
offer certification.
I was just wondering how many people in the real world have used it.
So, some questions:
1. Have you done ANY training in Lean or 6Sigma?
2. Does your company have a formal Initiative?
3. Have you executed any Projects in these areas.
