Would you (or anyone else) find this a desirable solution?

I'm attempting to set up an FTP server so that we can share files
with a supplier. I am running Windows Server 2003 and ISA Server
2000. I have physically created the FTP site (directory), enabled the
FTP service and, I believe, correctly set the site up in IIS. I have
also published the FTP site in ISA server. I can access the site
internally when I ftp to the configured external IP address, but I
cannot access the site outside of my network. Can anyone offer any
suggestions as to where I should look or give me a rundown on the
proper procedure that I should have followed.

I'm using ISA Server with a cable internet connection. Opening up the
port did the trick. Thanks for the additional suggestion, Bruce.
