OT - How to add a letterhead to an email?

Rick,

If they are using Outlook, they can click on Tools, Options, Mail Format and
then go to the Stationary picker. If they have the letterhead image saved
(such as a bitmap, JPG, etc) they should be able to attach that to the mail.

To anyone who knows:

My mobile sales person(s) want to have their email look and print like a
letter. I've seen/received emails that are "dressed up" with a lot of
frilly looking crap and this made me wonder if I could (1) scan the "logo"
at the top of our letterhead and then (2) paste the image into a
"background" or "template" type of page that he would (3) then type his
stuff onto and then send.

Any ideas?

TIA

RG

If you are using Outlook, you can set your page format to HTML. Then you
could create a background image of your company logo and such, set the
margins, etc. Create it as a default template and you have what you are
looking for.
