I believe the file name is crw32.exe. You will need this on the hard drive of the PC where you want to perform the upgrade.

I am installing an upgrade from 8.0 to 8.5 I know there is a way to do this with only the cds. Not installing 8.0 then installing 8.5. I remember having to copy a file to the HD of the PC and you could run the install. Does anyone have these instructions? I can't find anything on their website. I can't talk to support because I have to have my product registered to get support. I can't register it until it is installed. Nice.
