Position Summary
Provide assistance and training to end users in the daily operations of
Vantage ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite. Interface with all users
from shop floor to management relating to software and hardware issues for
approximately 225 clients.
Essential Functions
* Interact with end users to determine solutions to problems relating to
software and hardware.
* Creation of custom reports in Crystal Reports and Progress Report Builder
to meet user needs.
* Develop and maintain an end user training program for ERP and Microsoft
Office software.
* Basic hardware and network troubleshooting.
Skills Required
* Thorough understanding of ERP software in relation to manufacturing
processes.
* Basic understanding of Accounting and Production Costing
* Good problem solving and decision making skills. High level of accuracy
is required.
* Ability to determine user requests to develop adhoc reports.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Provide support to existing IT staff for software, network and hardware
issues.
Experience Required
* Vantage by Epicor ERP software
* Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Project, PowerPoint)
* Crystal Reports
* Progress Database and Reporting Software
* One to Three years of experience in a manufacturing environment
