We've been advised that we need to set a standard confidentiality note on
all outgoing messages. I know I can do this by changing each user's
signature to include this, but this requires each user to set this up and
also allows users to delete it. Does anyone know if there's a way to set
this up server-side so that it will be applied to all outgoing message?
