I would convert them all to NTFS. There are so many advantages over
FAT32. Disk compression, speed, recovery, security, etc. Check out the

You can run:

Convert c: /FS:NTFS

This conversion will run next time the PC is started.

I would convert them. You can't secure files by groups, etc
if the file system is not NTFS.

I can't think of a compelling technical reason to do so. I would only
do so to keep all the drive formats the same.

In addition to the security advantages NTFS offers that Tim mentioned, NTFS
does a better job of utilizing file space than Fat32 does.

You're going to want to go ahead and convert those to NTFS if you're at all
concerned about having half-way secure systems. With FAT32 it's just that
much easier for a would-be hacker to take advantage of...
