(OT) Open Office Document

Insert the Office 2000 installation CD and when it executes the autorun,
select Repair from the menu. This will replace any damaged files and
registry entries that might have changed.

Subject: [Vantage] Re: (OT) Open Office Document

I have a computer with Office 2000 that is not able to open word
documents using the Open Office Document command. The error received
is:

The program associated with the selected template cannot be
started, or the program cannot use the selected template.

If you go into Word directly and open the file, or double click on
the file, it opens with no errors. I have checked the file
association in Folder Options and it looks fine.

Thanks for your help.
