[OT] Outlook Junk Email

Try using the Move Messages Based on Content option. It will search the
subject and body of the message for a particular phrase and then move it to
your deleted items folder. Most spammers have something in their emails
that you can key off of. I remember reading that you can also create an
entry for the company as a contact and then filter off of the name "Network
Commerce", but I've never tried it. You may also want to check this out.

Wizard add-in that will allow you to manipulate mail based on domain names.

Hope this helps,

Subject: [Vantage] [OT] Outlook Junk Email

I know some of you are automatically diverting your Vantage group messages
to a special folder using the rules wizard. I have a question about
Outlook rules.

I get repeated spam from an outfit called "Network Commerce" in the from
field but looking at the sender info gives a very long sender name (like
"Network Commerce-1232345334-r5-d6-98765432"). I have tried to divert all
email from them using the rules wizard to filter on "Network Commerce" in
the sender but the appended info but the -12345 etc... prevents match. I
can't seem to do a partial word match. I do have legitimate email from
senders that start with "Network". Anyone know a way in Outlook 2000 to
filter this and move to my JunkEmail folder? I would like to be able to
filter on the displayed sender (exactly as displayed) not the sender's
address.

Thanks,
-Todd Caughey
