Ot: Outlook

Currently available, not that I'm aware of. You can create an application
that looks for the windows handle of Outlook and if its found use the an API
call to send an Alt-F4 keystroke to it. Then all you need to do is run the
program from the command line and it will track down Outlook and close it.

Go to www.sysinternals.com and get their pstools package
You can execute a pskill outlook and it will kill the process
The nice thing is you can kill programs on other workstations on your
network.

A really nice set of utilities that come in handy every day!
