Hey -
Use Task Manager to look for any suspicious processes that are running and
kill them.
If running XP use msconfig to disable anything strange.
If running 2000 copy msconfig from an XP pc to the system, then use it to
disable any startup items that seem odd.
Use another antivirus program to scan for viruses - AVAST is a nice free
one.
Some infections can only be destroyed manually.
Good Luck,
Charles
