Pardon my prejudice, but Packaging Corp of America, our former parent
company might be able to provide services you're looking for. I think
they even retained the Hexacomb division when the spun us off.

All,
We manufacture relatively sophisticated motion equipment that is the size of a washing machine.
Currently we custom fabricate large crates that are fairly expensive, We would like to get away with manufacturing a base out of wood and use a tough (maybe 3-ply) corrugated cardboard enclosure.

Has anyone had any success with quality and delivery reliability with any vendor for such a product?
We are in louisiana, so a vendor in texas, arkansas, mississippi, Georgia would be preferable.
