OT - Terminal Services Time Zones

In outlook you can add an addition Time Zone to Display in your calendar
alongside the current one.

Our Corporate HQ is in UT and we have a site in NC. We have the Terminal
Server in UT and clients in NC connect over our WAN using a Citrix client.

The time zone offset in Vantage plant setup solves many problems with Data
Collection and labor reporting. All applications (e-mail, Word, Excel, HR
app) are run over this setup. Local clients in NC have Office apps on their
local PCs too.

I'm sure there was an adjustment for users in NC to get used to Outlook
times being two hours off. But we've been running this for three years now.

Is anyone running a Terminal Server that services clients in multiple time
zones? We are looking at purchaseing a small company in another state. Is
the only solution to have a seperate terminal server for each time zone?
Thanks
