OT: Time Studies and Time Studies Software

Our operations are marked for 'labor entry method' as
Backflush or 'time and quantity'

We changed some to 'quantity' but Vantage kept adding the phrase
'quantity only' to the comment field
this causes a problem so we changed the operations back to
'time and quantity'

We were wondering if anyone is using time studies exclusively to
monitor estimates used for routings/verification of quotes. We
currently use Data Collection, but are looking at changing all our
routing steps to Quantity from Time and Quantity. We would like to
set up to do time studies on a periodic basis.

I've been looking online to see what is out there, but value the
opinions from this group. So, any suggestions or comments are
welcome.
