OT Unistallshield Running on XP Computer

Morning,

Make sure you're logged in as administrator.

disable any antivirus software.

Last resort -

rename the program c:\windows\IsUninst.exe to c:\windows\IsUninst.ex0,
reboot and try again.

I am trying to install an application on an XP workstation and it tells
