OT: V9 Web Access Install Problems

I am trying to setup Web Access from our internal IIS site (Not Epicor
Server) but keep getting an error when browsing to it. I installed Web
Access Installer on the IIS server, then ran it. The virtual folder
does get created within the top exiting website in IIS and everything
goes without an error. But, when I browse to that folder I get the
below error. Anyone have any ideas?

Server Error in '/EpicorWeb' Application.
