Check the printer properties and see if "Enable BiDirectional Support" is selected. If it is clear it and try printing from Vantage again.

Subject: [Vantage] OT: Weird printing
Okay here is a "weird one" for you
I have several HP 2200 printers on my network
My accounting guru has one
Most of all the printers are shared thru a network print server
In the shipping department I have a shared 2200 off their printer port
Got it?
Now my accounting boss prints vantage docs to his 2200 and it works
He prints them to the Shipping Shared Printer = NOTHING
If you go on his machine and right click the shipping printer and print a
test page, it works fine
Any ideas anyone?
Got me stumped
Thanks
