Open up the Printers folder on the server. Select Server Properties from
the File Menu, then select Advanced. There is a check box to
enable/disable alerting when remote jobs are complete.

This could be problematic, since this would disable the ability of the
admin
to send broadcast messages to the users. I believe the Messenger service
needs to be running for this feature to work.

startup to manual.
