(OT WinZip file problems)

WINRAR will handle zip files pretty well. Whether or not it will crack
open a corrupt file I'm not sure. I have some other tools at home that
I would be willing try on a sample.

Subject: [Vantage] (OT WinZip file problems)

I have a lot of corrupt critical zip files that a recently laid off
employee
left me with. I get an invalid header error message when trying to
extract
the zip files (Winzip 8.0). Winzip FAQ suggest running Pkfix to correct
the
problem. This does not help. Does anybody know of any other compressed
file
fix utilities?

Thanks
