[OT] Wireless Setup

I would plug the router in via any LAN port. I didn't see the distinction
in your previous post. Sorry. My print server and another PC are both
plugged in via the LAN ports with my D-Link at home. My router (not
wireless) at work plugs into the Lan switches via a LAN port.

Subject: [Vantage] [OT] Wireless Setup

I posted late yesterday a question about setting up D-Link wireless but it
may have been too late in day to catch someone who knows. I am at wits end
trying to get this setup and have tried about everything else.

D-Link DI-624 wireless router - trying to attach to my LAN but it won't give
a network connection. Confirmed that wireless adapter in laptop is talking
to router (both showing each other's MAC plus can ping router from laptop
w/no wires attached). Problem seems to be in connection of router to LAN.
Instructions are all geared to home use connecting to cable modem. Any
hints on setup and how to plug to LAN (crossover? WAN or LAN port?) would be
very much appreciated.

Thanks,
